How to delete your account and your data

This page explains how to delete your Solve My Homework AI account, published by Keystone LLC, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

You do not need to contact us. Deleting your account takes about ten seconds inside the app, and it happens immediately.

Delete your account from inside the app

  1. Open Solve My Homework AI
  2. Tap Profile (bottom right)
  3. Tap your account at the top to open My Account
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account
  5. Type DELETE to confirm

Your account and its data are removed from our servers straight away. You are signed out on every device you were using.

If you cannot open the app

If you have lost access to your device or can no longer sign in, email us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you:

We respond within 30 days, and usually within a few days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. PRO subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so only they can cancel them.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancel there before deleting your account, or you may keep being charged.
